Private Fleet Rule
Regulation applies to ALL on-road medium and heavy duty diesel-fueled or alternative
diesel-fueled vehicles with a manufacturers gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)
greater than 14,000 lbs.
At the inception of the On-Road Private Fleet Rule
